EU CHIEF OF DIPLOMACY ARE MEETING TODAY
TALKS ON MONTENEGRIN AND SERBIAN RELATIONS

PODGORICA - Two days long meeting of the European Union (EU) Chiefs of
Diplomacy are meeting today in Brussels, where they are going to discuss
about the Montenegrin- Serbian relations - Podgorica's media inform.

EU High representative Javier Solana, according to announcements, will
inform the EU Chiefs of Diplomacy about the talks on redefinition of
relations in the Yugoslav federation.

Podgorica's media inform that Solana is going to visit Podgorica and
Belgrade within ten days again.


MONTENEGRIN MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS REJECTED ADVICE OF SILVIO
BERLUSKONI
CONTENT AND TONE OF THE MESSAGE UNACCEPTABLE

PODGORICA- Montenegrin Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIP) rejected
message received on Saturday, February 16 from Italian Government
President Silvio Berluskoni, " to adopt completely and without further
postponements suggestion of Javier Solana about the plan of redefinition
between Montenegro and Serbia".

Berluskoni's message makes problematic basis on which are founded the
European relations and process of integration- the MIP announced,
pointing out that such a request criticizes in advance eventual
democratic decisions of the Montenegrin Assembly about referendum's
scheduling, adopted in the constitution.

The Montenegrin Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasizes that it would
like to continue cooperation and to develop good relations with Italy
based on universally accepted principles of equality and good neighbor
relations, with mutual respect, what is also expected from Italy.



DIRECTOR OF MONTENEGRIN HIPOTEKARNA BANK SLAVKO DRLJEVIC:
POSTPONEMENT OF STATE STATUS OF MONTENEGRO-DANGER FOR ITS ECONOMY

PODGORICA- Privatization process directly destroys and condition as
unresolved state-legal status of Montenegro. Therefore no foreign
partner will invest in the Montenegrin economy, since in that case they
do not have a guarantee for their investments- Director of the
Hipotekarna Bank Slavko Drljevic said.

We can not count on the guarantees that will come from Belgrade-
Drljevic said, adding that "it is crime to its own people to spread lies
how Montenegro can not live without Serbia". 


AGENCY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES
EURO INFO CENTER TO BE OPENED SOON IN PODGORICA

PODGORICA- The Euro Info Center (EIC) will be opened soon in Podgorica
in order to provide information about enterprises in the European Union
(EU) and their business policy, which will be very useful for
development of small and medium enterprises in Montenegro.

The EIC will have a task to form the basic data, consisted of offers of
cooperation between the Montenegrin small enterprises and the European
companies, as well as to send it through the net of 300 centers in more
than 30 states.

The project is worth around the Euro 800 thousand, this is a part of the
European Agency for reconstruction program, and support to development
of the small and medium enterprises- Director of the Agency for small
and medium enterprises Zoran Vukcevic said.

Podgorica -  U Briselu danas pocinje dvodnevni sastanak sefova
diplomatije Evropske unije (EU), koji ce izmedju ostalog raspravljati o
odnosima Crne Gore i Srbije - pisu podgoricski mediji.

Visoki predstavnik EU Havijer Solana, prema najavama, informisace sefove
diplomatija EU o toku razgovora o redefinisanja odnosa u jugoslovenskoj
federaciji.

Podgoricki mediji pisu, da ce  Solana kroz desetak dana ponovo posjetiti
Podgoricu i Beograd. 


MIP CRNE GORE ODBIO PORUKU SILVIA BERLUSKONIA
NEPRIHVATLJIV SADRZAJ I TON PORUKE

Podgorica - Ministrarstvo inostranih poslova Crne Gore (MIP) odbilo je
poruku koju je u subotu 16. februara uputio predsjednik italijanske
Vlade Silvio Berluskoni, "da se u potpunosti i bez daljih odlaganja
usvoji predlog Havijera Solane o planu redefinisanja odnosa izmedju Crne
Gore i Srbije".


Sadrzina Berluskonieve poruke problematizuje osnove na kojima pocivaju
evropski odnosi i proces integracije - navodi se u saopstenju MIP-a i
istice da takav zahtjev unaprijed osudjuje eventualne demokratski
donijete odluke Skupstine Crne Gore o raspisivanje Ustavom predvidjenog
referenduma.

Crnogorsko ministarstvo inostranih poslova istice da i dalje zeli sa
Italijom da razvija odnose i saradnju na univerzalno prihvacenim
nacelima ravnopravnosti i dobrog susjedstva, uz puno medjusobno
uvazavanje i postovanje, sto se ocekuje i od Italije.




DIREKTOR HIPOTEKARNE BANKE CRNE GORE SLAVKO DRLJEVIC:
ODLAGANJE DRZAVNOG STATUSA CRNE GORE - POGUBNO ZA NJENU EKONOMIJU

Podgorica -  Projekat privatizacije direktno se ugorozava i uslovaljava
nerijesenim drzavno - pravnim statusom Crne Gore i niko od stranih
partnera nece investirati u crnogorsku privredu, jer u tom slucaju
nemaju garancije za ulozena sredstva - ocjena je direktora Hipotekarne
banke Slavka Drljevica.

A ako garancije budu dolazile iz Beograda, onda ih nikada necemo imati -
kazao je Drljevic, dodajuci " da je zlocin prema svome narodu da se sire
nistine kako Crna Gora ne moze bez Srbije".

USKORO OTVARANJE EURO INFO CENTRA U POGORICI

Podgorica -  U Podgorici ce uskoro biti otvoren Euro info centar (EIC)
u cilju  obezbjedjivanja informacija o preduzecima u Evropskoj uniji
(EU) i njihovoj poslovnoj politici, koje ce pomoci razvoju malih i
srednjih preduzeca u Crnoj Gori.

Zadatak EIC-a bice i formiranje baze podataka koja sadrzi ponude za
saradnju crnogorskih malih preduzeca sa evropskim kompanijama i da ih
distribuira preko mreze 300 tih centara u vise od 30 zemalja.

Vrijednost tog projekta je oko 800 hiljada eura i to je dio programa
Evropske agencije za rekonstrukciju i podrsku razvoju malih i srednjih
preduzeca - saopstio je direktor Agencije za razvoj malih i srednjih
preduzeca Zoran Vukcevic.
