Well, the authorization code pretty clearly states what this license is:
the final hobbyist license, presumably minted in 2020-03-01.

So, on the one hand, it is basically not a personalized license. On the other
hand, it expires on 2022-01-01 and is the final license, no more after that.

There seem to be OpenVMS 5.5.2 ISOs floating around somewhere.
