VAX PSI was for X25, wasn't it?
Wow, I have not heard of that package since the late 1980's. As I recall it replaced a physical "PAD" with a software defined one that ran under VMS and used an X.25 port to communicate. We had one running between an office in New Jersey and one in Toronto. IIRC, we ran DECnet over it and one could also use "TELENET" (not telnet) to communicate. After 30+ years I am a bit fuzzy on it. _______________________________________________ Simh mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.trailing-edge.com/mailman/listinfo/simh
