HI Charles,

I have been using timeline without too many issues, although you need
some intuition on how you install it.

Are you working on a web server on yuor machine? If not, yuo should give
a try and check things on localhost. Also, use Firefox and its add-on
Firebug, to check what could be wrong with JS.
