Reality is seen and known, and is never perceived at all (for perception is of the body's invented senses, interpreted by denial's belief structures of logic). One has perceptions owing to the false void experience in vision, and these may or may not seem to be related to reality. But perceptions cannot represent reality, for to do so would make perceptions real...which is simply a contradiction within itself (or an impossibility). Possibilities and impossibilities have one thing in common...neither are real.
Um...okay....wasn't referring to physical sensory perception but I comprende.

True, no mixture of reality and truth, and there is no "Truth." All truth is false, and yet has its singular value of alignment (leading to truth by coaxing willingness through experience and logic).

Okay, run that by me again. Why is 'Truth' a bad word to use for 'reality'? What's the dif?

The statement is logical (which in itself means nothing), that to look where something is at is wise (or fruitful...which is not the true meaning of wisdom) if the intent is claimed to be seeing it. Such statements attempt to use logic to nudge the mind toward alignment, and do talk about the subject or treat the issue as though it were a result.

However, seeing is not a result, for seeing does not take place in time...in fact it does not take place at all per se. Seeing is the ongoing activity of creation, of life, of love, of sharing. We like to think of these according to our time-based ideas about them, and make clear distinctions between them in the same manner that we regard giving and receiving to be separate.
Illusions facilitate alignment (which is denial of denial), leading the mind toward alignment...and alignment nudges beliefs out of the mental structure of the belief system, providing for less resistance to seeing, and thus more intuitive understanding (which is not seeing wholly itself).

How convoluted is that???  LOL

Mucho. Hehe. But I think I understand what you're convoluting about.

"Illusions facilitate alignment" is of great interest to me because it, along with the effort you're expending to 'speak', imply that there is effective, and not so effective, facilitation. We would like to move toward the effective one, yes?

Illusion doesn't imply that it doesn't have any meaning or purpose such as to facilitate alignment. It just means that it's not what it appears to be. The natural question is how this seemingly 'occurs'. It would seem that it 'occurs' by removing existing beliefs which are, by definition of illusion, false, and by removing resistance to denial of reality. (I'm purposely trying to restate what you just said.) So, isn't this a fruitful seeming 'process' in which to be engaged?

My other question relates to "intuitive understanding". I seemingly 'know' things that I've received through intuition. This 'knowing' is limited by my own level of awareness. People sometimes come to the erroneous conclusion that I'm enlightened because I seem to know. Of course, it's clear to me that I don't see reality at all. Now I'm getting the impression that the difference is the difference between seeing partially, which is no seeing at all, and seeing wholly, which is the only way reality can be seen. Does that sound right?

I shall opt to pee wheresoever I "choose."  Just wish it wasn't always on my foot.

Sounds like a reasonable expectation.

And, by the way, my friend with the roses (RAGNA) is actually a known rose grower, winner of awards and such. Her back yard is breathtaking (although she wouldn't let me see it).

Not surprised at all. If I'm not mistaken, I've seen some of the roses and some pictures of the garden on one of these forums. I can appreciate the beauty and serenity. I have a garden, myself, with a series of waterfalls and creeks running through it and it's my favorite place on Earth.

No doubt, she wouldn't let you see it for fear of your uncontrollable urination habits?
