As I understand it, the split of the ORBS list into 7 (?) different 
zones makes this theoretically unnecessary, since the different zones 
are supposed to have different meanings. See the ORBS site for 
details.

caveat: personally, I wouldn't use ORBS for anything, as Alan Brown 
has proved himself a liar in how he manages the ORBS lists repeatedly 
and recently. As far as I can tell, all being on any of the ORBS 
lists means is that the IP in question may either be involved in spam 
or be controlled by someone who Alan thinks has given him a dirty 
look, possibly in a previous life.

The chances of MAPS and ORBS agreeing on anything that actually 
requires civil discussion are similar to the chances of my being the

In theory the 'outputs' zone is the cleanest. In practice, there has 
been a recent (April) report of Alan still playing games by tossing 
untestables into that zone for no reason.
