Type the IP address of the server into the form at <http://www.orbs.org/verify_1.html>.

If it's blacklisted, you'll have a link that will show you a transcript (w/ full 
headers) of an actual outside message that was relayed through their server.  It's 
extremely useful for countering admins who claim that they are unfairly blacklisted 
because they are set up not to relay!
