MAPS has similar pages for its blacklists. Start from
<http://www.mail-abuse.org/> and follow the links for the individual
blacklists to find them.

You could also do that -- i.e., query the ORBS and/or MAPS name servers for
the IP addresses you're interested in. The response will tell you the
address's status in the blacklist, but will not give you the extra info that
the pages mentioned above do.
