yes, look for Dejal Text Utilities. They have text merger that I have
used to create 300MB text files. They also have a text splitter but I
never used that one. If it works as well as the merger, it will be
good.
I have no idea if the program is still updated or if they have a real
web site, but you can find links to Dejal in Google.
I have an old version I can send if you cannot find a recent copy.
