I never said that ORBS' 'reasoning' was actually rational. Only that it seems
to be the way they operate. In fact, I find it to be as suspect as you do,
which is why I don't use ORBS.

Well, that was just speculation. IIRC, I think that ORBS has also been known
to perform relay tests randomly in the past, so another possibility is that
they hit your list server's IP by chance and blacklisted it when they found
port 25 blocked. Speculation again, but the fact is that they latched onto
your list server's IP address somehow.

If the ORBS web site is down, then I have no idea how to get off their list.
Perhaps some other list member might have an e-mail address or other contact
