I too run SIMS on a 630 with 36mb. Great machines, the 630, since it is the first model that Apple used IDE drives--I threw a dirt cheap 15 gig drive as an upgrade. It never runs out of space and is rock solid , even with SIMS, Quid Pro Quo 2.1 and QuickDNS 2. By making two bootable partitions (with the third a big partition), I am even able to run Tech Tool Pro and if necessary reformat partitions when the disk shows "unrepairable errors"--all remotely mind you via Timbuktu. The other smallest one I use is Centris 650 (also running NetRouter), it's been rock solid.
