Reasonably vanilla implementation of OS X 10.1.2 on a B&W G3, running apache and PERL (for Movable Type). SIMS works mostly very well from Classic (9.2.2).
I have two problems, which I will send in separate messages. Sometimes an SMTP or POP connection goes dead or perhaps quiet. If I run communigator, I see the partial send in the window. If this happens, logging stops. If I try to kill the line, it says it does, but nothing happens. If I try to Quit SIMS, nothing happens. I then need to Force Quit and restart Classic and SIMS. This isn't like the kernel panic, but I don't like losing my log. Anyone else? Or is it just me? I can provide detailed logging of the problem if needed. Are there bug fixes in the 1.8b9dx series that might fix some of this? >-------------- Michael Croft "Babeheart?
