It doesn't do heavy-duty work, since it's only used for inbound-SMTP and as a POP server, so your mileage may vary. I've downloaded 1.8b8, but haven't seen the need to install it, since 1.7's been working fine for me and my firewall does the anti-relay/anti-spam filtering. This is on a lowly 7200/75 -- the only other program constantly running is ZTerm to monitor a router. Apple had a warranty program for it; I know because my 7200/90 was one that fell in the range of serial numbers affected, and I got my logic board replaced as part of the warranty program. It's worked just fine since then (1995 ?). As noted above, the 7200/75 I'm using for SIMS is working just fine, too. Michael A.
