I just removed that one after reaching the conclusion I was getting 100%
collateral damage. A sampling of the logs showed me that the only times
127.0.0.4 were returned were actually legitimate (and the failure to receive
the messages caused me problems). I'm sure there's good data there but
something else in my blacklist was getting it first before the call to
osirusoft.
