Bill, Perhaps you could expand on your definition of "collateral damage"? I'm not sure what you are trying to say. At the moment I don't appear to be losing any emails that I want, but I am noticing that the daily volumes are WAY down from my previous life with Web* mail.. Also, I have quite a few rules < ... > = error in my ruleset. Do these mails actually get rejected or do they go to the bit bucket (or do they get returned) ?
