My problem continues... But more characteristics are revealed
The log excerpt below shows one message receiving the error but then, about 20 minutes later, it gets sent successfully. -------------Start Log Excerpt---------------- 00:01:04 3 SMTP-050(mail.pacbell.net) Abort Received, reason=54 00:01:04 3 SMTP-050(mail.pacbell.net) Unexpected T_GODATA, OTLook=256 00:01:04 3 SMTP-050(mail.pacbell.net) Sending Failed, Error Code=-25010 00:01:04 3 SMTP [S.0000178953] dequeueing **Other stuff happens (within office) here 00:21:53 2 SMTP-052(mail.pacbell.net) [S.0000178953] sent, 83253 bytes 00:21:54 2 SYSTEM(SMTP) [S.0000178953] sent to (cox.net)mbjones 00:21:54 2 SYSTEM [S.0000178953] deleted -------------End Log Excerpt---------------- However, some other messages this morning have waited hours and not been sent. It appears that files with attachments cause the problem but they will then cause simple e-mails to back up. I had one such large file causing the error backing up smaller files. I deleted the larger files and then sent another test email and all of the smaller files were sent successfully. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -- Matthew B.
