My problem continues... But more characteristics are revealed

The log excerpt below shows one message receiving the error but then, about
20 minutes later, it gets sent successfully.

00:21:54 2 SYSTEM [S.0000178953] deleted

However, some other messages this morning have waited hours and not been
sent.  It appears that files with attachments cause the problem but they
will then cause simple e-mails to back up.

I had one such large file causing the error backing up smaller files.  I
deleted the larger files and then sent another test email and all of the
smaller files were sent successfully.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
