A litte off-topic, but I wouldn't know any better place to ask:

I am moving my household far away and will be losing my permanent
internet connection for 2-3 months.

I run some services (web, mail, DNS, etc.) on a Macintosh and wonder
how I can best keep them going.

I am looking for a place that can offer me a static IP address and
where I can either set up my services, or, even better, place my
own Macintosh server so that I do not need to reconfigure much.
I could even provide a backup system and HD mirroring so that if
something breaks, it should be simple to correct the problem.

Can someone suggest where I can find help with this? I'm a private
user with not much money, and the bandwidth I need is low (I currently
have A-DSL with 384kbps upstream and 5mbps down, but even 128kbps
up/down would be sufficient, I guess).

I'd like to find something where I'd pay less than $50 per month,
or where I can donate the computer equipment at the end (it's a
upgraded PM 7600 with RAID, faster CPU, worth a few 100 bucks).
I need it going by the end of November. Some place in the SF
(California) area would be best.
