Use Blacklist DNS Server(s) / RBL Server List

Is the Use Blacklist DNS Server(s) function working in SIMS ? Does anyone have much luck with it ?

From another SIMS user I was given the following to put in the RBL Server List

rbl.maps.vix.com
relays.mail-abuse.org
blackholes.mail-abuse.org
dialups.mail-abuse.org
relays.ordb.org

Does anyone know if those still function or if there are different ones I should use instead ?
