The AMS box refuses to talk to anybody! Here is a Telnet session I tried:
[localhost:~] nherber% telnet 65.119.130.104 25
Trying 65.119.130.104...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
so mail3 (AMS) refuses to connect on port 25
note that mail (SIMS) connects just fine as shown below.
[localhost:~] nherber% telnet 65.119.130.102 25

Connected to 65.119.130.102.
