Yes, but only if it is first *accepted by* the secondary. If it is not for a local 
account on the secondary, it will not be accepted for delivery to another machine 
*unless there's a router entry* telling it to do so.

Which will not accept it unless you have that router entry telling it to accept mail 
for "3-rivers.com" and to send it on.  If not, the sender will get a "We do not relay" 
error and the mail will not be accepted.
