Greetings,
I've been lurking on the list for a couple weeks now and have a couple
questions. I did search the archive, but it wasn't as educational as
I'd hoped...
1) I've seen some people refer to using OS 9 with SIMS, yet according
to the official documentation I've seen, SIMS only officially supports
Mac OS 8.x. Does it function properly in OS 9? Who is using it this way?
2) After reviewing the headers of some messages sent through my SIMS
mailserver, I noticed that the private IP addresses of my machines are
shown in each message header instead of the machines official hostname,
and I was curious if anyone knew how to resolve this? I've seen headers
from other SIMS servers that show the appropriate hostname, so I know
its possible...Just not sure how to implement it for myself.
Thanks in advance!
tom
