Works great, no problems. I am using 1.8b8 on MacOS 9.1.

Why would you like to take influence here? My headers look like the following:

Received: from [212.71.103.177] (HELO PC003.rumantsch.ch) by rumantsch.ch (Stalker
SMTP Server 1.8b8) with SMTP id S.0000177916 for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Tue, 28 Jan 2003

The argument of the HELO command displays an office PC's name, appended by the domain
name of the SIMS server. However, there is no computer named "PC003.rumantsch.ch" The
office PC is just called PC003. The domain here in the office is _not_ rumantsch.ch.

From the Mac, it is:

Received: from [212.71.103.177] (HELO [172.16.7.2]) by rumantsch.ch (Stalker SMTP
Server 1.8b8) with SMTP id S.0000177919 for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Tue, 28 Jan 2003 16:19:31
+0100

There it just displays the internal IP address (172.16.7.2) and the router's IP
address (212.71.103.177).

I think (but I am not sure) that this is a "problem" of how the computers are set up
and how the mail applications used identify themselves to the server (SIMS, in this
particular case).

Best wishes, Christian.
