I would also recommend running a RBL server (just a zone on your own DNS server). This is also a great way if you have more than one SIMS server. It saves a lot of time by only putting the info in one place.
I was thinking of creating a front end in Filemaker. Put all of your blocking records in the database and have it use applescript to create the zone or update the zone. Or have a folder action applescript that would take email messages with the full header and find the first ip address and add that to the RBL zone.
