When you say "zone" do you mean what QuickDNS calls a "domain"? Right now
I have our domain, "pecandeluxe.com" set up in QuickDNS. Do I set up a
domain "rbl.pecandeluxe.com"? Is that legit?

A "zone" is usually the same thing as a "domain". Technically a "zone" is the portion of a domain described by a single reference database (which is usually referred to as a "zone file"). A subdomain could be delegated to a separate name server, in which case the delegated portion would be a separate zone. Simple domains will usually only have a single zone. (I am oversimplifying; anybody doing DNS should read _DNS and Bind_ from O'Reilly.)
