That comment is just silly.

Richard didn't claim to be able to solve the present problem of
computer viruses.

*You* claimed that future AGI enhanced computer viruses will be unstoppable.

But future AGI will have to be created *first* and it is intended to
protect against misuse of AGI, as in computer viruses.
