I donot have any suggestions about which one you should buy.
Regarding the simulator, look at dynamicsoft.com. They have a call
simulator that is awesome and they have very godd documentation and easy
to install. There is siphone from at&t (or bell labs). This is also very
nice and definitely worth using it. They used to have a web page for that
when i downloaded, but i could not find it now. search in their web site
and probably you have to send some e-mail to them to get it if it is not
there. I think i have gzipped tar file. let me know if you cannot get it.
