Thanks for the comments. I've distilled three recommendations into the
SIP bake-off FAQ at http://www.cs.columbia.edu/sip/bakeoff/faq.html:

1) set up subdomains for each group under sipbakeoff.org, as in
proxy.ubiquity.sipbakeoff.org

2) set up separate physical area for scenario participants, particularly
the multi-stage ones.

3) pick a designated set of UAs for the proxy tests
