Yes. We had a discussion on the subject at the last IETF. We came to the
conclusion that we would:

1. write an informational RFC that describes the various conferencing
mechanisms that can be supported with SIP today.
2. revisit the fully distributed full mesh conferencing under much
relaxed requirements and constraints
