Yes.
One purpose of ACK is to stop retransmission of final
responses to INVITE. So UAS retransmits 200 OK for INVITE
until it receives ACK (or timeout). If the first
ACK sent by UAC is lost, UAS retranmits 200 OK, UAC
sends another ACK, which when received by UAS
stops retranmission of 200 OK.
