I am not sure what you are going to achieve here, whatever type of url you
register the registrar may shorten the expiry time. If you use a non sip url it
isn't going to help you with sip as another protocol (specified by the type)
will probably be used to contact you.

The main reason I can see for shortening registration times is administrative
policy on the registrar which is likely to apply to more than sip urls.
