If the INVITE contains a TIMESTAMP, it must be copied to all provisional and
final responses by the uas, as per the bis03.
This is intended to help the uac compute RTT.
If a reliable provisional response contains a TIMESTAMP, it must be copied
to the PRACK, as per the 03 version of 100rel spec.
Thus the PRACK will send the same timestamp as the original INVITE
It then also gets copied into the final response for the PRACK.
What is the use of this circulating timestamp, beyond the receipt of the
reliable response?
