[Sip-implementors] bis05 grammar: Alert-Info

Hi,

This is regarding Aler-Info grammar definition.
Alert-info method in bis05 uses COLON as separator after URI, where as  in
bis04 it was semicolon.
Is there any specific reason for that?
Even "changes made in version 05" doesnt speak anything about this..
