Anyway, I cannot ascertain from your email what the question actually
is.
If you are asking about whether 180 can go end-to-end and bypass the
proxies, the answer is NO. Responses are forwarded along the same request path.
Your approach will fail in many cases, especially where fireweall/nats prevent
direct communication unless it follows the request path.

I considered that the middle state is not important,and the
endpoint "the bob's sipphone" has known the "contact"
about
Alice's direct adress.So bob can send "180 Ringing"
directly
to alice rather than passed hop by hop.
