Hi
I presume "draft-ietf-sip-callerprefs-05.txt" is the latest Caller
Preferences Draft ( Although it has expired ).
Table 5 in this draft specifies 3 new headers Accept-Contact,
Reject-Contact ,Request-Disposition.

According to this table , Request-Disposition is optional in a
REGISTER message.

        Consider this example:
        Request-Disposition: proxy

(1)If such a header is present in a REGISTER, then how does this
affect the working of a proxy?

(2)If such a header is present in a REGISTER, then how should a
registrar behave?
Should it keep track of this header, for further use say in an INVITE
that has no Request-Dispostion header ?

(3)Another related query , in case the Request-Disposition is absent
in an INVITE then what should the default
action of the proxy( cum registrar )be ?Should it 'proxy' or
'redirect' the request ?

        Miscellaneous queries:
I havent received a reply for my previous query as yet. :--)
Hope someone knows an answer to this :

(4)The usage of 'maddr' or 'transport' in the Record-Route header.
Is there a case where a proxy must insert an 'maddr' or
'transport' into a Record-Route
                header?
And if this is so then how does this aid routing at the
User-agent client
                or Server side?

Thanks !
Prakash GS
