ACK is constructed in the same way a request within a dialog is constructed. Requests 
within dialogs use the contact in the 200 ok as Request-URI.

The spec is a little confusing here since it says that "The header fields of the ACK 
are constructed in the same way as for any request sent within a dialog" but fails to 
mention anything about the Request-URI.
