Hi,
I have a question on SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY for presence.
The scenario is :
There is a user A who subscribes for some other
user B by sending a SUBSCRIBE to presence server and then he gets a 200 OK and
NOTIFY telling the subscription is active and then user A sends 200 OK for the
NOTIFY he gets. Now when ever state of B changes he gets a NOTIFY from the
server indicating the change in the state of B.
Now if user A has to notify the change of its state
to server, the presence server should subcribe to user A to the state change
notifications. The question is that can the server send SUBSCRIBE request on the
same dialog as that established by a SUBSCRIBE from user A to presence server.
More specifically, can there be two subscriptions going in opposite
directions exist in a single dialog.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
