Hello,

yes if you send an INVITE w/o SDP you should receive a SDP offer in the 200 OK 
and then send the SDP answer in the ACK.
But as I'm 100% sure that the snom 200 supports this I guess that something 
else most be wrong with your INVITE or your test. What does the phone reply? 
How looks your INVITE?
