Hi, As per 3261, Contact header in Cancel is not applicable. And there is no use even it is added!!.
Even the contact header is added, it can be ignored by the receiving end. Hello all, I looked in RFC and i did not find any info regarding this. I guess its alright to add contact field in cancel and Decline messages. Polycom includes this field and Cisco does not. Can anyone tell me if there is any advantage in not including contact field? Thanks in advance -Sid --------------------------------------------------------- Siddhardha N. Garige Tampa, FL.
