Hi, The proxy MUST forward both 200 OK to the UAC. And UAC must respond to both 200 with ACK and than take a decision on which UAS to establish the call. It can send Bye to the one it does not want to establish the call.
Remaining other requests which are forked by the proxy and had not got the final response Must be CANCELed.
