We are implementing RFC3261 along with RFC3262 and RFC3264.
When a PRACK transaction timeouts at UAC without 200OK, how would the INVITE
transaction be affected. Should the INVITE transaction be taken down?
When a PRACK transmission returns transport error, how would the PRACK
transaction and INVITE transaction recover at UAC?
Is it possible for 200OK for INVITE to arrive before 200OK for PRACK? Is it
valid?
