Further, unless otherwise stated, the conclusions apply to arbitrary multiple-usages." Does this conclusions apply also to a client sending a SUBSCRIBE. In other words, what should we do when receiving an error response to a refresh SUBSCRIBE (considering that we should not receive notify)?
