Hi All,
Currently I am involved to implement various call features with SIP
STACK. regarding Call - Transfer , I should follow which standard? As
per my knowledge I know the draft->draft-ietf-sip-cc-transfer-05
which explains various Call Transfer Scenario, but this is a draft
version.
May I know which latest draft or rfc defines the Call Transfer?
Usually Other famous VOIP products e.g; Pingtel,vovida they follow
which standard for Call Transfer?
This website defines one scenario of Call Transfer

As from above , What kind of states managed by the SIP stack for Call
Transfer, what could be the ideal state machine for Call Transfer.
