No, because the Route headers seen by "us" in the request are how to forward the request to the UAS. Any Route headers which got the request to "us" have already been deleted. The recursed requests cannot benefit from Route headers in the request as we received it. On the other hand, we must copy any Record-Route headers that were in the request as we received it.
