Hi, Has anyone implemented the 183 response handling? Did go through draft-ietf-sip-183-00.txt & draft-ietf-sip-call-flows-05.txt. One speaks about inclusion of SDP in 183 response & sending of PRACK . While the other says there is no need for SDP message in 183 response & hence no need for PRACK. Is there any other RFC which gives a clear idea about 183 response.
Let me know which of the two is correct & also, if there is no need for a SDP body then how will the calling party come to know about the codec used? >From RTP header? Thanks in advance. Regards, Jitha
