The 'c=0.0.0.0' means both RTP and RTCP shall be
terminated.
The 'port=0 in the "m" line' indicates that media
stream shall be deleted. Therefore both RTP and RTCP
shall be terminated.
This is the reason why both the above are not advised.
If you live with those fact then you can go ahead with
it also.
Advised way:
------------
If you want to hold any sendrecv stream then make it
sendonly or inactive. The sendonly is a way to play
some music to the held party. If you don't want to
play music then you can always make it inactive.
If you want to hold a recvonly stream then make it
inactive.
