Zaho, As SIP Entity you must have the capability to analyze the request , If the Request Line URI having your URI or number then it is belongs to you... Otherwise you can do the following ,
a) Discard that invite if you are a UA..... b) Process and forward that Invite to the Next hop as specified in Route Header ... If you are act as proxy ..( or proxy & UA)..
