Is the order of m lines important in answer for a offer
IF the offer consists of
m: video 11000 RTP/AVP 31
m: audio 12000 RTP/AVP 0
Is it a MUST that the answer also contains in this order.Cant it be reverse
for eg
m: audio 12000 RTP/AVP 0
m: video 11000 RTP/AVP 31
