hi,

I have been looking for a flexible method for implementing call control
services including 3rd party call control for our java based SIP Application
Server. My idea is I should be able to easily customize & change callflows in
the future.

There seem to be many programming languages for this... SIP servlet being the
most popular. CCXML is xml based and probably more flexible. however it seems
like working with a bit too much of XML considering its complexity & seems very
new(official draft came in december 2006).
CPL seems to be limited in features for something like 3rd party call control.

however my expertise in this is very limited.
Which method or programming language is better to follow?
Is it possible to combine SIP Servlets & CCXML & if so any suggestions on how?

thanks,
nanda kishore

regards,
nanda
