Thanks for the suggestions so far. But most of the implementations are
standalone. Since I would like to analyse some specific message flows etc. I
would really like to get a proxy or some tool that is able to compress, send
and decompress a message or a bunch of messages.

A client and proxy would be ideal. But I guess this might be hard to get.
Does maybe somebody know about a working proxy with SigComp and a SIP client
that can compress with DEFLATE or another SigComp compatible compression
algo?

Sigcomp support was recently added to the repro proxy at:
www.resiprocate.org - you will need to checkout SVN head to try this out.
