Hi Sanjay:

        Are the port numbers limited to the INVITE message only? It
would not seem to make sense to include the port numbers in any other
message when the transport is TCP or TLS over TCP. I there are other
cases would you please be kind enough explain the "rules" to me.

Port number will be valid in Contact header also, in addition to
Record-Route/Route header(s).
